About our speaker: Mr Jon Burgess, Founder and Director, Kwan

Jon is the Founder of Kwan (
www.kwan.com.au), an ADVOCATE IN RESIDENCE and thought leader in people advocacy, building organisational and individual capacity to develop meaningful, authentic relationships and an ecosystem to work collaboratively within and across the organisation.
He is recognised as one of the most innovative minds, renowned for his development of The Three MindsTM advocacy philosophy and model. Prior to this, Jon had a successful career for more than twenty years in communications and sports management, advocating for some of the worlds most admired Olympic and world champion athletes.
