Mr XU Weimin, Managing Director of Dalian Wanda Gold Coast
Dalian Wanda Group is China’s largest five-star hotel owner.  The Group operates in four major areas - commercial property, luxury hotels, culture & tourism, and department stores. The $1 billion Wanda Ridong Jewel development, on the beachfront at Surfers Paradise, comprises three towers, one of which will be a five-star hotel while the other two will house 512 beautiful residential apartments. The Jewel's design is unique to represent three crystalline forms on the beach. The landmark Jewel project will open in 2018.

Fullshare Group is one of the top 500 private enterprises in China.  The company has interests across China in building and construction, property development, new energy, medical devices and health services. In Australia, Fullshare has invested strongly in regional Queensland with an impressive portfolio including the Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas, the Laguna Comprehensive Tourism Development in Mackay and Whisper Bay Luxury Water Front Villas in Airlie Beach.  The company continues to look for investment opportunities in Queensland.
