In partnership with the Australian Government and Asialink/Asia Society, the Australia China Business Council is delighted to invite you to a breakfast briefing on China hosted by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, the Hon Kevin Rudd MP in Brisbane on Friday 24 June 2011. At this first event in a series of national briefings scheduled to take place in capitals including Sydney, Melbourne and Perth over June and July, the Minister will explain the importance of the next phase of economic engagement between our two countries, "AustraliaChina 2.0".

The Brisbane briefing is complimentary in line with the Australian Governments decision to support Queensland companies affected by recent natural disasters.

This seminar will explore Chinas economic trajectory over the next 30 years and provide insight into how your business can position itself to benefit from these changes. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session after the plenary presentation and have your questions about doing business in China answered. Details of the business mission to China in early August which will be led by Minister Rudd and the Minister for Trade, the Hon Dr Craig Emerson MP will also be announced.
