PRESENTERS
JAMES CLARKE, CEO, LH GLOBAL
James Clarke is the Chief Executive Officer of LH Global Pty Ltd, the President of the MIA (WA Branch), National Board Director and Treasurer for the MIA and Executive Vice President of the Australia China Business Council (WA Branch). James worked in recruitment before moving into the migration advice profession in 2012, which he has practiced until now. 
LH Global is an international consulting firm, with offices in over 25 cities in China, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, London and Chicago. James is responsible for the international expansion of the company, and has spent the last 15 years travelling between Australia and China.

CHRISTIAN BUTTROSE, TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER, LH GLOBAL
Christian graduated from ANU in 1989 with a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Asian Studies (Chinese).  After a short stint with the State Bank of NSW, in 1991 he was awarded a Business Skills Scholarship by the Australia China Council to study in China at the Beijing 2nd Foreign Language Institute and the Nanjing Hopkins Centre. After completing these studies Christian joined Executive Recruitment firm EL Consult in Hong Kong and in 1993 established their Beijing office. Christian grew the EL Consult China business to 3 offices and a staff of 65 consultants and researchers. EL Consult China had a strong focus on international companies operating in the FMCG, O&G, Electronics Manufacturing, Financial Services, Chemicals and Resources segments.  In 2012 Christian returned to Australia and is now responsible for recruitment operations for LH Global. In conjunction with our China based company, LH Global offers staffing and recruitment services to international companies operating in China.

BING HAN, VICE PRESIDENT, SALES AND MARKETING (INTERNATIONAL), LH GLOBAL 
Bing graduated with a Masters of Business Administration from RAC in the UK, after completing a Bachelor of International Trade from UIBE in Beijing in 2003. Bing worked for 8 years as a Business Development Manager for several companies in the UK in the financial and insurance industry. He subsequently returned to Beijing and continued his career as the China Region Sales Manager for Manpower. His next challenge was as the Director of Sales and Business Development for the Greater China Region at First Advantage, the Global No. 1 Background Screening Service Provider.
In 2019 Bing was invited to join LH Global to build the Business Development team in 8 China cities and is responsible for the 4+3 business development globally, including China, Australia, the US and the UK.
