Paul is an experienced real estate corporate finance advisor with 20 years project and transaction experience gained from working with organisations in Australia, the UK and the Middle East. Prior to joining EY Paul held numerous senior management positions within large international organisations including other “Big 4” firms, listed companies both in Australia and the UK, and sovereign wealth fund the Abu Dhabi Investment Company where he was the Head of Real Estate. Paul has developed extensive commercial experience in all aspects of real estate having provided strategic advice on major projects to both the private sector and government throughout his career.

 

SEBASTIAN PAPHITIS, PARTNER, CAPITAL & DEBT ADVISORY, EY
Sebastian is a Partner and Joint National Leader of EY’s Capital & Debt Advisory group and has 20 years corporate financing, capital structuring and debt experience in the Australian market. He has deep experience in advising EY’s clients on their capital management and funding options strategies, on the raising of bank debt facilities, bond raisings and debt capital markets issues and in dealing with local & offshore institutional, credit fund, pension fund and special situations investors. He is also a member of the Debt Markets Committee at the Property Council of Australia.
