With the commencement of the Foreign Influence Transparency Scheme Act (FITS), persons acting on behalf of foreign principals are required to register arrangements that can influence government decision-making and political processes.  A broad set of rules apply to address the issue of foreign influence in Australia, through the requirement to register and make transparent certain arrangements.

Attend this briefing session to hear about the FITS, including on issues such as:

  • Who is a foreign principal?
  • What kinds of activities will be caught?
  • When will I need to register activities done by my business?

A 30 minute briefing will be provided with the opportunity to raise questions.

** This is a members-only event **
