RAYMOND NG, REGULATORY AFFAIRS CONSULTANT, ACCESTRA CONSULTING COMPANY 
Mr. Raymond Ng (Msc, BA) is a Regulatory Affairs Consultant at Accestra with a Masters degree from University of Nottingham and has extensive knowledge on Chinese food & beverages, cosmetics & feed additives (incl. pet food) and import & export regulations. His research specialises in China’s governmental policies including the changes in regulations and their impact on international businesses. Mr Ng will present current Chinese registration & importation procedures and highlight important areas exporters should pay particular attention to. He has vast practical experience dealing with Chinese regulatory obligations and looks forward to sharing his knowledge.


HELEN YE,  DIRECTOR, ACCESTRA CONSULTING COMPANY 
Helen Ye is the Director of Accestra Consulting Group with 10 years of regulatory compliance and consulting experience in import and export market access by the food, cosmetics, chemicals and pharmaceutical industries. Helen has extensive experience providing market access advice to global companies and governments such as USDA, Austrade and the New Zealand Government. Her daily work involves engaging with Chinese regulatory authorities and providing hands-on assistance to local exporters to get China trade ready.




CRAIG SMITH, PRINCIPAL, CKB EXPORTING
For more than 25 years Craig Smith has worked for retailers, food brokers and manufacturers such as Woolworths, Burns Philp, Berri Ltd and Botanical Food Company within FMCG. With a strong background in exported foods from Australia to countries like China, Japan and North America, Craig has a knowledge base gained via the successful launch of food products into export markets. Craig has the skill set to assist companies through their unique export journey managing the process from end to end. Craig launched the Gourmet Garden brand of chilled Herbs and Spices in Australia, North America and recently into China. Recently, Craig has started his own export consultancy business (CKB Exporting) working with Australia exporters.
