Melbourne: DFAT Briefing for SME's (Members Only)

10 July 2018

International Chamber House, Level 5, 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne 3000

ACBC Victoria is delighted to invite you to attend an exclusive business roundtable briefing for SME’s

This offer is open to ACBC Members only to receive an update from Mr Christopher Lim, Australian Consul General based in Chengdu, the capital of Victoria’s Sister-State, Sichuan.

Sichuan is already providing enormous benefits for our state’s trade, investment, tourism and jobs and we are delighted Mr Lim will share the latest information with you during his brief visit to Melbourne.

Mr Lim will also provide insights into Australia’s relations with broader southwest China, covering the provinces of Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou and the municipality of Chongqing.

With a population of 200 million people, a combined GDP of $1.67 trillion and consistent above-average growth rates, southwest China is a significant potential market for Australian goods and services, and an increasing source of investment.

Mr Lim’s talk will focus on the businesses opportunities for Australian SME's in China’s most dynamic and fastest growing region.
