Learn how to boost your marketing and communication strategies with Chinese customers on the international stage by promoting your brand, purchase and sell goods and services, plus much more.
The event will open with speaker presentations followed a panel discussion/Q&A. At the conclusion of the formal proceedings there will be an opportunity to network over morning tea. ACBC (WA) hope this will be a great networking opportunity and informative opportunity for members.

Rob Delane, Deputy Director General (International Education, Trade & Investment) with the Department of Jobs, Tourism Science & Innovation

During his 38-year public service career he has been a keen promoter of regional, state, national and international cooperation and government-industry partnerships to more efficiently and effectively deliver government services and industry outcomes. His career has included: research and development; biosecurity; industry development; natural resource management; market, trade and value-chain development; and industry economic policy. He has led strategies to foster service innovation within both the Western Australia and Australian public sectors.

Amanda Fu, General Manager Media and Entertainment, Most WA

Amanda  is the General Manager of Most WA media and entertainment.  Amanda is originally from Shanghai and arrived in Perth in 2004 to study high school.  She finished her Bachelor of Biomedical Science and Master of Infectious Diseases at the University of Western Australia in 2012.  She started her new career as a business marketing consultant after founding Most WA in 2015.  She is focused on building connections of local businesses between China and Australia.

Gang Xu, Executive Director  - Strategy and Business Development, Aumake International Ltd

Mr Xu has more than 20 years’ senior management experience serving Australian public and ASX listed companies as both Managing Director and in Non-Executive Director capacities, with companies including KTL Technologies Limited, UraniumSA Ltd and Riva Resources Limited, most recently Aumake International Ltd as Executive Director – Strategy and Business Development, and Non-Executive Director of RMA Energy Ltd.

James Clarke is the Managing Director of Global Enterprises Group Pty Ltd, the Executive Vice President of the Australia China Business Council (WA Branch) and the Secretary of the MIA (WA Branch). James came from Recruitment before moving into the migration advice profession in 2012, where he has been running his firm since.


Lili Pan, Executive Vice President, ACBC (WA Branch) & Director, ACBC National Board

Senior Associate & Executive Director – China Business for MinterEllison

Through Lili's effort, ACBC WA maintains strong relationships with Chinese government agencies, Embassy and Consulate, as well as the Chinese business community and entrepreneurs, and Australian connections. As a Chinese national with unique experience and deep understanding in the cross-culture area of Australia and China, Lili's contribution to ACBC is widely appreciated and highly acknowledged by ACBC members, friends and stakeholders.  Lili Pan is also Senior Associate and Executive Director – China Business of Minter Ellison, specialising in mergers & acquisitions, Chinese outbound investment to Australia and foreign direct investment to China.
