Raymond Ng is a Food Regulatory Affairs Consultant at REACH24H Chemlinked with a Master’s degree from University of Nottingham. He has extensive knowledge on Chinese food & feed additives (incl. pet food) import and export regulations. His research specialises in China’s governmental policies including the changes in Chinese food & feed safety laws and its impact on international businesses. He has vast insights and extensive practical experience in dealing with Chinese regulatory obligations and assisting companies to export food & beverage and health supplements to China.

Mr Roger Ying, Business Development Manager, Cosmetic Division, REACH24
As a specialist of cosmetic regulatory affairs in REACH24H Cosmetic Division, Roger focuses on the research of China’s Cosmetic Regulations and has helped many industries and cosmetic brands successfully meet product compliance and enter China. He provides consulting services on Cosmetic products and Cosmetic New Ingredients registration, assisting companies to export cosmetic products to China including via the cross-border E-commerce market into China.
