Business Luncheon with Chinese Ambassador to Australia, His Excellency Mr Chen Yuming

28 February 2012

12.00 for 12.30pm - 2.30pm
Brisbane

It is with regret that the ACBC Qld Committee advises the Business Luncheon with Chinese Ambassador to Australia, His Excellency Mr Chen Yuming - Tuesday 28 February 2012 has been cancelled.

Unfortunately due to unforseen urgent business the Ambassador must remain in Canberra and therefore will not be continuing with his visit to Brisbane. We are hopeful his trip will be rescheduled for later in the year.

On the 40th Anniversary of Diplomatic ties between Australia and China the Australia China Business Council Qld (ACBC) along with the China Chamber of Commerce in Australia (CCCA) offers an audience with the Chinese Ambassador to Australia, His Excellency Mr Chen Yuming.
Inaugural Patron of ACBC Qld Branch, The Honourable Tom Burns AO, visited Beijing 40 years ago on the first Prime Ministerial visit to China. His Excellency will discuss the business relationship since that time and the opportunities into the future.

Other honoured guests include Patron, Her Excellency Ms Penelope Wensley, AC, Governor of Queensland.

This is expected to be a sell out event and places are strictly limited and delivered on a first come first serve basis.
